Our educational model leans heavily on four guideposts that help us focus the work we do and how we do that work together, while maintaining perspective that the love for learning is a gift that gives for a lifetime.

We encourage discovering and building skills and concepts through providing opportunities to Play and use of Playful work. We model and encourage use of purposeful Pause for whole body health and metabolization of learnings. We model and encourage strengthening and streamlining skills through Practice, repeated and adjusted action. We model and encourage use of Pondering, active and consistent reflection and engagement in activities and interactions with curiosity first which allows for deeper and more comprehensive understanding.
